It depends on the scholarship. i would suggest looking at scholarships on an individual level.
There are many scholarships out there that are intended to be filled out by juniors, and the ones that are only for seniors usually say so on the application.
So, just read carefully, and go for it! Good luck!

Of course, they are many scholarships available to children from Junior and up. Some people can even receive scholarships before 11th grade. You can check Ben Carson website for these kind of scholarships.
